US Army, security forces 'terrorists'

Iran's Foreign Ministry Spokesman Mohammad-Ali Hosseini has branded the military and security forces of the United States as terrorists.
"It was an unprecedented move by the US Congress to brand as 'terrorists' the armed forces of a member country of the United Nations," the spokesman said.
He stated that more study should be carried out about holding talks with the US concerning security in Iraq.
"The US has not changed its policies. It has even violated international regulations in Iraq, including the kidnap of Farhadi, an Iranian official in charge of trade exchanges between Iran's Kermanshah province and Iraq," Hosseini said.
He dismissed any link between the kidnap of Farhadi and the closure of the Iran-Iraq border.
