Recent US Preconditions for Talks

The Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman has termed recent US preconditions for holding negotiations with Iran as outdated and redundant.
"Continual hostile measures, ignoring rights and attempts to damage Iranian cultural and civilizational achievements are the only things the nation has received from US officials," Hosseini observed, insisting a fundamental change is need in such approaches.
He stressed that no government can put the legal or absolute rights of its own people up for sale nor be negligent of its national responsibilities.
"The Islamic Republic will not ignore the Iranian nation's rights in the framework of international rules and regulations," he concluded.
