MP pans pressure on Iran-IAEA deal

A senior Iranian lawmaker has said that Iran-IAEA agreement can be hindered by the Bush administration's increasing pressure on both sides.

Chairman of the Majlis (Parliament) National Security and Foreign Policy Commission Alaeddin Boroujerdi said that the British and American stance on the issue has illogical and improper implications.

"The recent positive progress has been played down, although IAEA's reports on Iran have always been cited to put pressure on the country" he said.
