Iran is Continuing its Cooperation with the IAEA

Wednesday, December 12, 2007

Iran's deputy foreign minister has said that there is no reason for Iran's nuclear case to be reviewed in the UN Security Council.

Iran's Deputy Foreign Minister for Arab and African Countries' Affairs, Mohammad-Reza Baqeri stressed that Iran is continuing its cooperation with the IAEA.

He said that the IAEA inspectors can visit Iran's nuclear installations at anytime they wish, just like the past.

"Iran's stance on its nuclear issue is the same stance it had in the past and has not changed." Baqeri concluded.

"The doors of dialogue with Iran are open to the EU states, but they should know that they will hold talks with a nuclear Iran," he said.
